About Me:
Michael Thibault is a restauranteur with over 24 years of experience owning and operating restaurants. His restaurants have ranged from a tropical Hawaiian-themed restaurant to an upscale Californian cuisine and wine bar. In addition, Michael was one of the owners of the largest catering companies in the state of Michigan for over three decades.
Michael understands the restaurant industry inside and out, and is passionate about helping independent operators be successful. This is why in 2008 he sold his restaurants and catering business and started a marketing company specifically to help independent restaurant owners. Because he saw the great need for independent restaurants to be able to compete and beat large corporate chains when marketing their restaurants.
Michael is one of the founding members of the Independent Restaurant Association, and he believes the future of the industry lies with independents. He is committed every day to helping independent restaurant owners achieve better businesses and improve their personal lives through marketing, education, coaching and community.
